Ricker Pharmacy is a locally owned business, opened in 2012 to give Jacksonville families a pharmacy they could actually trust — one prescription, one conversation at a time.
We strive to provide a family-friendly environment along with a high standard of care and compassion to our customers; we want you to feel like you are part of our family. Although we are a small business, we provide the same range of services as the big chains, but with personal attention and the highest standard of customer service.
Here at Ricker Pharmacy & Traditional Compounding, we acknowledge that every person is unique and requires special attention depending on their situation. Our goal is to provide the utmost professional and personal quality of service as quickly and efficiently as possible. We firmly follow a policy of non-discrimination on the basis of religion, gender, race, age, social status, or handicap. Rest assured that you are treated well, in a way that you deserve.
Our owners have collectively spent over two decades working in corporate pharmacy and clinical practice, and have been operating this independent pharmacy for the last ten years. They opened Ricker Pharmacy to give patients more personalized care and to support the local community — including professional consulting on prescribed medications, over-the-counter and herbal remedies, disease-specific education, and specialized compounding tailored to individual patients' needs.
Our pharmacists and technicians provide prompt, professional and friendly service, with over 75 years of combined experience in pharmacy practice.
Same-day delivery service in the area, with shipping available on request — because your time matters too.
Every prescription is checked for potential interactions between all of your medications before it reaches you.
We're proud to be part of this neighborhood's shopping center — easy to find, easy to park, and easy to feel at home.
